Our Ingredients

Every baker knows that good bread starts with good ingredients. We make a point of using only the finest grains, water, yeast and honey to make bread that's worth savoring.

What Does USDA Organic Mean?

USDA Organic is a federal standard for a food to be labeled as organically grown and processed. According to the USDA's website, "Products labeled as '100 percent organic' must contain (excluding water and salt) only organically produced ingredients and processing aids. Products labeled 'organic' must consist of at least 95 percent organically produced ingredients."

We bake with organic ingredients whenever possible, not least because they're delicious. Here’s a brief list of some of the organic ingredients we use regularly:
